Terms and Conditions GT210 – Platform Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services, products, and features made available by GT210 through its website and app. GT210 is a Sports Betting and online casino platform operating with a focus on the Brazilian market.

By clicking "Sign Up", logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet on GT210, you confirm that:

• Has read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• Has full legal capacity to enter into contracts in Brazil;
• Is at least 18 years of age;
• Is not prohibited from using betting or casino services by any law or regulation applicable in their place of residence;
• The information you provide at registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and with the specific rules of each product available on GT210, including Sports Betting, blackjack, poker, and other casino games. In the event of a conflict, these Terms prevail, unless the product-specific rules are more restrictive, in which case those rules apply.

2. Eligibility

Use of the GT210 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Minimum age: be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. GT210 strictly prohibits access by minors and uses identity verification to enforce this requirement;
• Residence: be located in Brazilian territory and hold a valid CPF;
• Legal capacity: not be under guardianship, judicial interdiction, or any legal restriction that prevents entering into contracts;
• Single account: each individual may hold only one active account on GT210. Opening duplicate accounts — even with different details — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension.

GT210 reserves the right to request identity documents (national ID, CPF, proof of address, or proof of income) at any time — particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or when fraudulent activity is suspected. Failure to submit the requested documents within the established deadline may result in temporary account suspension.

3. Registration & Account

Registering with GT210 is free and can be done via the website or app in under two minutes. To complete registration, you will need to provide:

• Full name as it appears on your government-issued ID;
• Valid CPF;
• Date of birth;
• Active email address;
• Mobile number for verification;
• A personal, non-transferable password of at least eight characters, combining letters and numbers.

After registration, GT210 may send a confirmation link to the email address provided. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out using your username and password will be considered authorized by you, unless you immediately report to GT210 support that your account was accessed by a third party without your permission.

GT210 may suspend or close accounts that provide false or outdated information, or that violate any provision of these Terms. Remaining balances in accounts closed for cause may be held pending an ongoing investigation.

4. Deposits

GT210 accepts the following deposit methods for users in Brazil:

• Pix: available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The balance is credited within seconds after payment confirmation by the Central Bank;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário): settlement within one business day of payment;
• Credit and debit card: immediate processing upon operator approval;
• PicPay: instant processing;
• Mercado Pago: instant processing;
• TED bank transfer: via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other institutions authorized by the Central Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, but transactions above certain amounts may be subject to additional checks in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

All deposits must be made from an account or payment method in the name of the GT210 account holder. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may be returned, with any applicable processing fees deducted.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at GT210 are available for the real (non-bonus) balance accumulated in your account. To request a withdrawal, go to the "Withdrawals" section in your account dashboard, select your preferred method, and enter your banking details.

General withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00;
• Pix withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of the request, with no fee charged by GT210;
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or Pix key registered under the same CPF linked to your GT210 account — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted;
• GT210 may require additional identity verification before processing a first withdrawal or withdrawals above a certain amount;
• Withdrawals linked to suspected fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse may be held for investigation, with a review period of up to 72 business hours.

GT210 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any banking fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's sole responsibility. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended during system maintenance, with advance notice always provided through the platform's official channels.

6. Sports Betting

GT210 offers Sports Betting across a wide range of sports, with a strong focus on Brazilian football — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores — as well as volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA, UFC, and e-sports.

General betting rules:

• The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00 per selection;
• The odds displayed at the time you confirm a bet are the odds that will apply to that bet — any subsequent changes do not affect bets already confirmed;
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to brief technical delays inherent to real-time data transmission. GT210 is not liable for bets placed based on outdated information resulting from the user's own connectivity issues;
• If a wagered event is canceled or postponed, the market-specific rules — described in Section 6.1 — determine how the bet will be settled;
• GT210 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets where there is suspicion of match-fixing, use of automated bots, or any activity that undermines market integrity.

6.1 Cancelled and postponed events: If an event is postponed and does not take place within 48 hours of its originally scheduled date, all related bets will be cancelled and the staked amount returned to the user's balance. For accumulator bets, the cancelled selection is removed and the multiplier recalculated based on the remaining selections.

6.2 Cash out: The cash out feature, when available, lets you settle a bet before the event ends. The cash out value is calculated in real time by GT210 based on current odds. GT210 may suspend cash out during periods of high odds volatility or technical instability.

7. Casino & Games

The GT210 casino section includes live blackjack, poker, slots, crash games, live roulette, and baccarat. Each game has its own rules, available within the interface of each product.

General provisions for the casino:

• Casino game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generators (RNG) certified and audited by independent laboratories. GT210 does not interfere with results;
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available in the product information. For live table games, RTP varies depending on the player's strategy;
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session that results in an incomplete outcome, GT210 reserves the right to cancel the affected round and refund the amount wagered in that specific round;
• Live game sessions are subject to table availability, which may vary depending on the time of day and demand.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

GT210 offers bonuses and promotions as announced on the platform. The specific conditions of each promotion are published on the bonus page and take precedence over the general provisions of this section where they are more restrictive.

8.1 Welcome Bonus: The 100% bonus up to R$ 500.00 is automatically credited on the first eligible deposit, with no promo code required. Conditions:

• Minimum deposit to activate: R$ 20.00;
• Rollover: 10x the bonus amount received (example: a R$ 200.00 bonus requires R$ 2,000.00 in wagers to be released);
• Minimum odds per selection for bets contributing to the rollover: 1.50;
• The bonus is valid for Sports Betting and casino games. Cancelled bets or those settled with early cash out do not count in full toward the rollover;
• There is no expiry deadline for completing the welcome bonus rollover;
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it is only converted into real withdrawable funds once the rollover requirement has been fully met.

8.2 Bonus abuse: GT210 monitors betting patterns related to bonus usage. Strategies that are clearly designed only to meet rollover requirements with no real risk — such as betting on all outcomes of the same event or using multiple accounts — are considered bonus abuse and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, without prejudice to other measures.

9. Responsible Gambling

GT210 is committed to fostering a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform provides control tools accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: set daily, weekly, or monthly limits. Once configured, a limit can only be lowered immediately — increases take 24 hours to come into effect;
• Session break: end your session and block access for a set period (1 hour to 7 days);
• Voluntary self-exclusion: request account suspension for periods ranging from 1 day to 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the set period ends.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, balance retention, and, where applicable, notification to the relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions;
• Use of automated software, bots, or algorithms to place bets;
• Match-fixing or collusion with other players in poker or live casino games;
• Use of insider information for Sports Betting;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Any form of money laundering through deposits and withdrawals on the platform;
• Exploiting technical errors or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from obvious odds or system errors may be voided by GT210.

11. Account Closure

11.1 At the user's request: You can request account closure at any time through GT210 support via chat or email at contato@gt210.net. Any available real balance will be refunded via Pix within 5 business days, provided all required verifications have been completed. Unconverted bonus balances are automatically canceled upon account closure.

11.2 At GT210's discretion: The platform may close or suspend an account without prior notice in cases of Terms violation, suspected fraud, criminal activity, or at the request of competent authorities. In such cases, balances may be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms no irregularities, balances will be fully released.

11.3 Reactivation: Accounts closed at the user's own request may be reactivated by contacting support, subject to identity verification. Accounts closed due to a Terms violation will not be reactivated.

12. Limitation of Liability

GT210 makes ongoing efforts to keep the platform available 24 hours a day. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Internet connectivity issues on the user's end;
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made based on analysis from sources outside the platform;
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform;
• Third-party actions, including cyberattacks beyond GT210's control.

GT210's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the real balance available in that user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of GT210 users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, a document supplementary to these Terms. In summary:

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, payment processing, and platform communications;
• GT210 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all sensitive data transmissions;
• Data is never sold to third parties. Sharing only occurs with operational service providers (such as payment processors) and when required by law;
• You have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data as provided under the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018).

14. Changes to the Terms

GT210 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance by email and/or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must close your account and withdraw your available balance before the changes take effect.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Governing law and jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

15.2 Entirety: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each product, constitute the entire agreement between the user and GT210 and supersede any prior communications or agreements relating to the subject matter described herein.

15.3 Partial invalidity: If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.
